You will Need:
* 3 strawberries, washed, hulled, thinly sliced
* Ice cubes
* Still Spirits Irish Cream Kit - Make as per package directions
* Essencia Kahlua liqueur - Make as per bottle directions
* Top Shelf Strawberry Schnapps - Make as per bottle directions
* Still Spirits Schnapps Base 300gms
* Still Spirits Cream Liquer Base 400gms
Method:
1. Make all liquers as per their package/bottle directions
2. Crush Ice and place in serving glasses. Top with the strawberry.
3. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add 30ml Baileys, 30ml Kahlua and 30ml Strawberry Schnapps. Shake to combine. Strain into serving glasses to serve.
Notes:
Serving tip: For stylish presentation, serve the liqueur mixture in shot glasses.
